Shipping policy
We ship within 7 business days. No Shipping on weekend days (This is our creative time). Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. All orders are shipped from the Sunshine State of Florida.
*Once the package has been scanned by the delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and the shipping company.
*If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost, or damaged because of Mother Nature’s bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpredictable or unpleasant circumstances, we are not responsible for it and will not issue a replacement. We do our best to carefully pack, using protective packages, and to ship your order out in a timely manner. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier or otherwise. Please understand that it is not in our hands and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery or a fully intact package. If the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package on time or delivers the package damaged please file all claims with the shipping company.
Local pickup is available in Poinciana. Any local pick-ups will require a scheduled appointment time (travel fee may apply).
Drop-off may be pre-arranged (travel fee will apply) Please keep delivery/pick-up/ drop-off policy in mind when selecting your pick-up/shipping option.
